You will drive performance marketing through data-driven insights and innovative creative strategies.

You will manage up to 6 team members, mentor talent, and collaborate with growth, product, and marketing to push high-impact campaigns while exploring new tools and processes to keep

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in creative performance marketing in gaming/mobile apps.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.).
• Extensive track record of managing a team in a creative field.
• Successfully led high-impact projects.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Desire to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility.

• Prioritize and drive creative production for multiple games based on product and user acquisition strategy; lead a squad of creative operators.
• Analyze team performance, define action plans, and hit KPIs.
• Lead up to 6 people: recruit, coach, and increase talent density.
