Job summary

Axess North America is seeking a Project Engineer – Crane and Lifting to plan, coordinate, and execute crane and lifting projects. You will oversee tendering, execution planning, and field activities with offshore and onshore teams, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires 5–10 years of mechanical engineering experience, strong commercial sense, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude to deliver complex lifting solutions for energy projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in mechanical projects.
• Commercial acumen and customer-oriented mindset.
• Outgoing, relationship-building and team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crane and lifting projects from tender through delivery.
• Plan methods for complex lifting and installation assignments.
• Communicate with clients, offshore/onshore teams, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop lift/execution plans and support safety analyses (HAZIDS/HAZOPS).
• Interface with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive project execution.
