You will lead trades, mentor junior craftsmen, manage timelines and budgets, ensure punctual completion, and uphold safety and quality standards on every job, while building strong client relationships that drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in home repair/remodeling with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs, installations, and renovations across multiple trades.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Train and mentor junior craftsmen to enhance their skills and performance.
• Assist in estimating project costs and managing budgets.
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Bill and collect onsite at the end of every job.
