Job summary

Ace Handyman Services Whatcom County in Ferndale, WA is seeking a Lead Craftsman to guide our home repair team. You will oversee repairs, installations, and renovations across multiple trades, while delivering top-quality service to clients.

You will mentor junior craftsmen, manage timelines and budgets, read directions and assembly instructions, and maintain safety on the job. A valid driver's license and customer-focused attitude are required; relevant trade certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team in home repairs or remodeling.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities to manage a crew.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work is a plus.
