The Lead Craftsman has project management experience, capable of leading co-workers to complete projects efficiently. They are highly motivated, talented, multi-skilled, and committed to quality work and customer service. They possess strong communication skills, follow company policies, and are independent thinkers and problem solvers. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, personal growth, and has the following attributes:

• Good overall knowledge of all trades: plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, flooring.
• Proper equipment knowledge: understanding what tools are needed for specific tasks.
• Troubleshooting skills: quick thinker with prompt resolution abilities.
• Excellent communication skills: able to communicate effectively with management, colleagues, homeowners, suppliers, and clients.
• Presentable appearance: clean-cut, organized tools, decent vehicle.
