The Lead Craftsman will perform residential and light commercial repairs, lead projects, and ensure high quality workmanship while communicating professionally with clients and homeowners.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of real paid experience.
• Must own a set of tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation capable of hauling tools and small amounts of material.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of residential and light commercial repair and maintenance tasks.
• Complete work including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, and minor plumbing and electrical.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and clients.
• Manage job scope and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Able to work as a W2 employee
• Must not be dependent on constant direction
