We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional lead craftsman with skills in multiple trades.

The Lead Craftsman has project management experience to coordinate team efforts to complete projects. They are highly motivated, talented, multi-skilled craftsmen committed to quality work and customer service, with a strong desire to succeed, follow company policies, and complete tasks professionally and timely. Independent thinkers and problem solvers with strong communication skills who enjoy variety and personal growth will succeed with Handyman Matters. The ideal Lead Craftsman should possess:

• Good overall knowledge of all trades: plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, flooring
• Proper equipment knowledge: knowing what tools are needed for specific tasks
• Troubleshooting skills: ability to quickly examine problems and resolve them professionally
• Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with management, colleagues, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and customers
• Presentable appearance: clean-cut, organized tools, decent vehicle
