Job summary

EFOR Group seeks an experienced Lead Planner – CQV for a major new-build parenteral facility in Allentown, PA. The role begins remote for ~3 months, then transitions to full-time onsite in Allentown.

You will develop, integrate, and manage CQV schedules, working with construction, engineering, quality, and operations to ensure proper sequencing and readiness. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in planning/scheduling, strong CQV experience in regulated environments, and proficiency with Primavera

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, construction management, or related field.
• 8+ years in planning/scheduling, project controls, or CQV.
• 5+ years supporting CQV in pharma/regulated manufacturing.
• Proficient with Oracle Primavera P6.
• Experience developing detailed CQV and turnover schedules.
• Understanding of pharma delivery from construction to startup.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CQV schedules in Primavera P6.
• Integrate CQV activities into the master schedule.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, QA, and operations.
• Track readiness for commissioning and validation activities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly CQV reports and dashboards.
• Identify risks and develop recovery plans for delays.
• Support resource loading and workload forecasting.
