Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus relevant experience
• Two years’ experience in Court Clerk duties or six years in related legal environment is highly desirable
• Experience providing lead direction, training, and workflow coordination is desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Trainer for newly hired Operations staff.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver structured training in court operations and procedures.
• Provide classroom, on-the-job, and coaching to staff on complex procedural topics.
• Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and courtroom coverage as directed by management.
• Prepare and maintain training materials and competency standards.
