Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Director in the Counterparty Trading & Risk team, based in New York. You will drive proactive credit and market risk analysis and execute CCR responses across FICC, with a focus on Europe and North America time zones.

Reporting to the CTR Lead, you will coordinate with Trading, Structuring and Credit Risk, lead crisis management, and help transition to real-time exposure analytics and front-office tooling across markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Global Markets with CCR or related roles.
• Experience on trading floors or with fast-paced desks.
• Balance commercial enablement with rigorous credit risk discipline.
• Experience leading risk infrastructure or transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead live credit crisis response and proactive risk management across portfolios.
• Partner with Sales, Structuring and Trading on pre/post-trade risk guidance.
• Collaborate with XVA Trading on hedging and pricing adjustments.
• Drive real-time exposure analytics and dashboard deployment.
