Citigroup seeks a Director-level leader in Counterparty Trading & Risk (CTR) to drive proactive credit and market risk analysis across FICC markets from the New York or London trading floor. You will report to the CCR CTR Lead and lead CTR responses, hedging, and front-office risk initiatives, partnering across Trading, Structuring, and Credit Risk.

Responsibilities include crisis management, real-time exposure analytics, and strategic front-office infrastructure projects, with a focus on Europe

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Global Markets or CCR management
• Experience on trading floors or alongside fast-paced desks
• Balance commercial trade enablement with rigorous credit risk discipline and capital efficiency
• Leadership of risk infrastructure or tech change projects across Front Office, Operations, and IT

Responsabilités

• Live Credit Crisis Response & Proactive Risk Management: monitor markets and coordinate risk mitigation during stress events.
• Trading Desk & Sales Collaboration: provide real-time guidance on margin structures, XVA impact, and hedging strategies with Trading, Sales and Structuring desks.
• Credit Risk & Infrastructure Partnership: act as front-office liaison to ICM/Credit Risk and deliver real-time exposure analytics with Technology & Quant teams.
