Four Winds Casino New Buffalo is seeking a Count/Drop Supervisor to support the Finance Department's Count/Drop area. You will help manage staff, verify compliance with Gaming Commission rules, and assist in reconciling gaming revenue daily.
Responsibilities include preparing reports, maintaining records, and leading the day-to-day Count/Drop operations while upholding accuracy and confidentiality across the property.

SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting the Count/Drop Supervisor with all aspects of the Count/Drop Area of the Finance Department, such as gaming machine drop, handling table games drops, table game fills and credits and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, federal and state laws governing monetary transactions and policies, procedures and controls.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises the activities of all Drop Team employees.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or G.E.D preferred. Some college accounting courses preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess effective communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Must be extremely numbers-oriented and computer-literate.
This position requires a Level 2 Gaming License.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to respond to inquiries from employees or guests. Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group situations.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations.
