Job summary

Signature Health, Inc. is seeking a Lead Counselor for Gambling Services to provide therapy to adults and children and to supervise a team of clinicians across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes integration of gambling treatment within broader behavioral health services and collaboration with case management, peer support, and prevention teams. The position reports to Behavioral Health Services management and supports grant-funded initiatives, training, and community education while

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Valid licenses in Ohio: LISW-S, LPCC-S, LIMFT-S or LICDC-CS.
• BLS certification required.
• Gambling trained status or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, or family therapy for adults and children.
• Supervise and train staff across gambling treatment services.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for grant-funded programs and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, JCAHO, ODADAS, ODMH, CARF standards.
• Lead clinical direction for gambling competency across SH locations.
