CoreCivic is seeking a Senior Correctional Officer, Inmate Relations to manage daily inmate issues in a secure facility. You will be part of the Unit Management Team delivering services and programs on schedule, while maintaining safety and order.

The role emphasizes incident prevention, grievance handling, and building constructive inmate relations to support policy-compliant resolutions.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of security experience in a criminal justice field, preferably with one year in a supervisory capacity.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve daily inmate issues before they escalate into incidents or grievances.
• Perform daily rounds through units, observing operations and interactions to maintain safety and security.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with inmates regarding grievances and resolve within policy.
• Develop relationships with inmates to support informal resolution of issues.
