ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a sales support associate in the United States. The role involves scheduling appointments, dispatching in-field sales professionals, and following up on leads to maintain a robust sales board for our in-home team.

Successful candidates will communicate clearly with customers prior to presentations and collaborate with field teams to address quotes and sale-related needs. This position offers growth within a nationwide HVAC/plumbing/electrical service provider.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales appointments and dispatch our in-field sales professionals.
• Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team.
• Contact customers before all in-home sales presentations to communicate expectations.
• Communicate throughout the day with our in-field sales professionals offering assistance they may need from the branch office.
• Follow up on quotes given to customers and communicate any needs they may have in relation to the sale.
