Wegmans Food Markets is seeking a culinary leader for an entry-level structured training program leading to a Lead Cook position. This role involves assisting the kitchen operations, developing team members, and ensuring high standards for food quality and safety. Candidates should have culinary experience and a passion for food.
As a culinary leader in our kitchen, you are a team player and positive role model who ensures the development and education of the cooks. You will assist with bottom line profitability and ensure we serve only the best products to our customers. This is an entry-level structured training program designed to be completed within 6 months with support from a mentor and trainer. Successful completion will result in placement as a Lead Cook in our Restaurant Foods Kitchen area.
