The Tavern Group is a growing, chef-driven restaurant group passionate about delivering inspired cuisine and exceptional hospitality. We are currently seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Lead Cook who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

As a Lead Line Cook, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining high culinary standards and ensuring a seamless, efficient kitchen operation. You’ll work closely with our Chef and kitchen team to deliver outstanding dishes that reflect both precision and passion.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and executing menu items to exact standards and recipes

  • Leading and collaborating with line cooks to ensure service efficiency

  • Upholding a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment

  • Receiving, storing, and rotating inventory

  • Supporting kitchen leadership in daily prep and execution

  • Maintaining excellent communication with the kitchen and FOH teams
