Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Produce, prepare and cook foods including soups, sauces, salads, entrees, catering, and other items as determined by the Chef Manager.
  • Follow verbal and written recipes, production orders, and cooking instructions for daily menus.
  • Receive, unpack, date, rotate, and store deliveries properly.
  • Set up stations prior to service with appropriate food and equipment as directed by the supervisor.
  • Follow health and safety regulations regarding equipment use and personal hygiene.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment following supervisor instructions and applicable regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Adhere to COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols as per client and company standards.
  • Stand for extended periods and lift objects up to approximately 35 lbs. to waist height.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
