Park Terrace Village in Evansville, IN, is seeking a dedicated Cook to join ASC's culinary team. You will follow recipes, prepare nutritious meals for residents, and help assemble trays while maintaining sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Certification in Sanitation/Safe Food Handling preferred where required by state/federal agencies.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes and prepares food according to menus meeting residents’ nutritional needs.
• Cooks or prepares palatable, nutritious meals in required quantities.
• Leads kitchen staff with food preparation, assembling trays, cleaning, and storage of supplies and equipment.
• Maintains a clean food service work area during food preparation and service.
• Handles, stores, and disposes of food supplies in compliance with departmental procedures and regulations.
