Base pay range

$20.95/hr - $21.00/hr

The Kitchen Supervisor manages daily kitchen operations, providing leadership to the team. Job Responsibilities:
  • Actively cook and lead the kitchen team
  • Prepare daily production lists
  • Ensure all stations are stocked
  • Follow recipes and portion controls
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Order and verify food supplies
  • Hire and train staff
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in management team activities
  • Manage staffing, labor, and food costs
Work Experience & Educational Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years in food preparation
  • Food Handlers Permit
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation laws
  • Experience with kitchen equipment
