• Plans meals ahead to minimize substitutions with guidance from Nutritionist.
• Modifies menus for on-premise events and records substitutions.
• Prepares appealing meals and snacks to prevent nutrition loss.
• Maintains sanitation and storage standards per health dept. rules.
