Responsibilities

• Prepare meals per planned menus.
• Serve portions according to established procedures.
• Prepare food per standardized recipes and special requests.
• Ensure proper food temperatures and complete associated logs.
• Assist with inventory management and receiving from vendors.
• Coordinate menus with the Executive Chef/Manager.
• Adapt schedule for emergencies.
• Follow food safety policies including glove use.
• Assist in daily cleaning per procedures.
• Comply with all policies including HIPAA and safety regulations.
• Attend department meetings as required.
• Pursue required training and certifications.
• Complete mandatory trainings annually.
