Join Luna Grill as a Lead Cook to oversee BOH operations, coach the kitchen team, and ensure food quality, safety, and speed across shifts. You’ll manage station assignments, training, and compliance with Luna Grill standards.

Locations in California, Texas and Arizona offer regionally set pay: California up to $24/hr with tips; Texas $13–$19/hr with tips; Arizona $18–$23/hr with tips. We’re a people-first brand with growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a high-volume or fast-casual kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food prep, portion control, and recipe consistency.
• Familiar with food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to train and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations during shifts and ensure quality and safety.
• Train team members, monitor logs, coordinate stations.
• Maintain Luna Grill standards and speed of service.
• Support with prep and closing duties.
• Communicate with leadership to keep service running smoothly.
