Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work activities to staff and supervises completion.
• Trains staff on duties, food safety, sanitation and cooking methods.
• Cooks and prepares food following guidelines and recipes.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Maintains clean and sanitized work areas and utensils.
• Provides excellent customer service and adheres to safety policies.
