Tigg's Canteen Services is hiring a dependable Part-Time Lead Cook at the Iron County Jail in Crystal Falls, MI. This role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, leading inmates, and following company recipes to prepare meals.

You will work in a structured environment, with weekend and holiday shifts, and salary of $19.00 per hour plus benefits including 401K and Paid Time Off. Training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow company recipes and instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in daily kitchen operations.
• Lead and assist inmates in the kitchen.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes.
• Assist with baking and food preparation as needed.
• Provide instruction and guidance to others.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and assist with cleanup.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and recipes.
