Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to dietary team members throughout the shift.
• Coordinate meal preparation and service to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Reinforce food-safety, sanitation, infection-control, and workplace-safety procedures.
• Monitor kitchen organization, food quality, portioning, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Ensure department procedures and regulatory standards are followed.
