Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes food per recipes.
• Checks quality and consistency in the absence of Sous Chef.
• Inspects refrigeration and dry storage for proper handling.
• Keeps stations clean and stores items properly after shift.
• Follows recipes, specs, and control procedures.
• Serves as expediter in the absence of Sous-Chef.
• Assists guests with special requests.
