Qualifications

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts - days and hours (between 9:00am - 6:00pm).
• Clearance approval into the facility is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and cook meals in a correctional environment.
• Instruct and assist with meal preparations including clean-up.
• Follow company recipes.
