The Role

Position: Lead Concession Cook

Responsibilities
  • Oversee food preparation and service in the concession stand.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
  • Manage kitchen staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure consistency in attitude and behavior.
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a positive impression on clients.
  • Approach tasks proactively with a positive attitude.
  • Inventory and prepare products according to management and health guidelines.
  • Clean equipment and cooking areas regularly.
  • Perform duties necessary to deliver the concessions menu.
  • Possess some cooking experience and a willingness to learn.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, reach, stand, and bend for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
