The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops, and a state-of-the-art convention center.

We are inviting you to apply for Banquets Kitchen Lead Cook. In this position, as a Lead Cook, primary responsibilities include assisting and overseeing the preparation of food items for the restaurant’s meals, while following recipes, portioning, cooking, and presentation quality standards. Additionally, show mastery of knowledge and skill in all stations in the Banquet Kitchen, as well as training team members in standard operating procedures in the kitchen.

We require you to have a background consisting of 3+ years of related progressive experience in a hotel restaurant/food outlet or related field. ServSafe certification is a plus.

Starting Rate: $18.00 an hour. Based on professional experience.
