Job Summary:

The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume kitchen and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Cook will be responsible for creating new menu items, managing inventory, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals according to restaurant standards
  • Create new menu items and specials
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Cook (Chef de Cuisine) in a high-volume kitchen
  • Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
  • Ability to create new menu items and specials
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree from a culinary school is a plus
