Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Depew, NY is seeking a kitchen leadership role to guide a team of cooks. In our people-first kitchen, you’ll lead, mentor, and develop staff while maintaining high culinary standards. You’ll assist the sous chefs, follow recipes, and apply knife skills to ensure consistency.

You’ll also suggest meal ideas using products from departments around the store and help drive profitability. Availability includes mornings, afternoons, and evenings (weekends) with shifts starting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prep or line cook experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• Food safety and quality assurance knowledge.
