Position: Lead Line Cook (Full-time)

Pay depends on experience.

Capital Manor is undergoing a complete renovation of its Food & Beverage facilities and is looking to add a Lead Line Cook to our staff. This position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

A successful candidate will demonstrate progressive cooking experience of at least 2–3 years in hotels, restaurants, clubs, or hospitals, with a preference for fine dining experience. Culinary education and supervisory background are desirable. A positive attitude and teamwork mentality are required.
