Job summary

Wegmans in McLean, VA is seeking a leadership-oriented cook to guide a team in a fast-paced kitchen. You will mentor cooks, ensure recipe execution, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality while driving profitability.

This full-time role offers $21.75–$22.50 per hour, opportunities for growth, and a bonus program up to $1,500, plus comprehensive benefits and schedule options including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

• 2+ years of prep or line cook experience
