The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead cook to our Education team in Madison, MS. As a lead cook, you will have the opportunity to handle and prepare food while training and supervising a team of exceptional foodservice professionals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing and participating in the preparation of food items.
  • Adhering to recipes while maintaining a neat, clean, and safe work environment.
  • Following safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Controlling food and inventory costs.
