We are seeking a Lead Controls Engineer to support the design, deployment, testing, and maintenance of data center control system projects as part of our growing business.

You Will:

  • Support project execution from design through implementation as a team member
  • Perform complex tasks requiring creativity, communication, and autonomy
  • Conduct quality checks and bench testing of PLC, HMI, & SCADA programs
  • Coordinate with installation teams to monitor progress, QA/QC, test procedures, and documentation
  • Adapt to a flexible work schedule and travel as needed for project support at client sites

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in the controls system industry
  • Experience with Ignition HMI or AVEVA Wonderware/System Platform OMI
  • Ability to work independently with an organized and methodical approach
  • Basic knowledge of control system network topologies
  • PLC troubleshooting and connection experience; Schneider and Rockwell experience a plus
  • Proficiency in navigating and modifying HMI applications
  • AVEVA CSI experience
  • Instrumentation calibration/startup experience
  • Willingness to travel 50%
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

You May Have:

  • Experience with PLC or DDC data center projects
  • Experience with FactoryTalk View SE, OPC UA/DA, and Rockwell or Schneider PLCs
  • Experience in Building Management & HVAC Control Systems
  • Ignition Gold Certification
  • AVEVA System Platform OMI 2017 or newer

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift at least 50 lbs, and navigate stairs and ladders
