Responsibilities

• Prepare complex KPIs and management reports.
• Help establish standardized accounting procedures and processes.
• Produce monthly and annual financial statements.
• Perform general accounting duties (AP, reconciliations, work papers).
• Assist with onboarding new clients and training staff.
• Motivate and manage staff in a pay-for-performance environment.
• Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple matters.
