Qualifications

• A minimum of four years of related experience in accounting.
• Ability to motivate and manage staff in a pay-for-performance environment.
• Experience with establishing and maintaining standardized accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting services for clients including preparation of KPIs.
• Assist with onboarding new clients.
• Produce financial statement reports on a monthly and annual basis.
