Are you passionate about automation and ready to lead impactful engineering projects in the pharmaceutical manufacturing space? We're growing our Indianapolis office and looking for a Lead Control Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. You'll work closely with clients—including a major Eli Lilly facility—to design, program, and commission advanced control systems using Rockwell and Siemens platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Lead small to mid-sized automation projects from concept through commissioning
• Program PLCs (Rockwell/Siemens) and design control panels and network architectures
• Interface directly with clients through design reviews and project meetings
• Support system testing, validation, and site commissioning activities
• Mentor junior engineers and support project management tasks

What We're Looking For:

• 2–8 years of automation or controls engineering experience
• Proficiency in Rockwell ControlLogix, PlantPAx, and FactoryTalk View/Studio (Siemens experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of control system design and coding standards
• Previous experience in cGMP/FDA-regulated environments is a big plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
