Job summary

Haigh-Farr Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager to join the corporate contracts team. You will support the full contract lifecycle across commercial and DoD prime contracts and subcontracts, partnering with program management, business development and leaders to drive compliant, successful outcomes.

You will mentor contracts professionals, manage multi-year contracts, and ensure terms align with regulations and company policies in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
• Significant DoD/Federal prime contract administration experience.
• Ability to translate business and technical risk to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for contracts team and resolve high level issues.
• Lead contract negotiations with DoD and industry partners.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR, terms, and company policies.
• Advise leadership on contractual rights, obligations and risk mitigation.
• Engage program teams to ensure contracts are executed per requirements and scope.
