Partner Company is seeking a skilled content designer to craft clear, accessible digital content for web and notifications. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment and ensure content aligns with policies and standards.

The role emphasizes user-focused content, data-informed UX improvements, and mentoring junior colleagues. This is a contract role with hybrid work arrangements, through June 2027, paying AUD 100–120 per hour including superannuation.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex digital content writing and content design.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and Australian digital standards.
• Ability to obtain Baseline security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Shape clear, accessible digital content across web and notifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment.
• Write and maintain user-focused content aligned with policies and standards.
• Use analytics and user research to improve content and UX.
