24 Seven Talent seeks a Senior Content Creator, Editorial to join our onsite Houston team. This role is a hands-on player-coach, producing polished work while elevating the output of other creators across editorial, digital, web, email, and internal channels.

You will apply strong editorial judgment, writing expertise, visual design capability, and light video production to bring important stories to life, mentoring teammates and collaborating with content leadership to determine the best

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on content creation experience.
• Experience in agency or corporate creative settings.
• Experience leading or mentoring other creators.
• Portfolio showing editorial, email, web, and video work.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, grammar, tone, and voice.
• Strong visual design across typography and layouts.
• Proficiency with Adobe CC or Canva.
• CMS or marketing automation experience is a plus.
• Photography or motion graphics experience a plus.
• Ability to take brief to final execution with minimal handoffs.
• Collaborative and adaptable, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Content Creators with constructive feedback.
• Review newsletters, emails, web updates, and editorial materials for clarity and brand alignment.
• Create original content for newsletters, emails, websites, and executive communications.
• Write and edit long- and short-form content and emails for varied audiences.
• Concept and design visual assets within brand systems.
• Serve as escalation point for project teams on creative/editorial matters.
• Support lightweight video projects from ideation to editing.
• Collaborate with leadership, editors, partners and producers on approach.
• Manage mixed planned and quick-turn assignments with attention to detail.
