Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Integrated Producers, setting clear workload expectations and supporting professional development.
• Personally oversee complex, high-priority editorial projects from briefing through final delivery.
• Translate creative briefs into actionable production plans, timelines, deliverables, resource plans, and ownership assignments.
• Coordinate writers, editors, designers, video partners, and other creative resources to deliver work efficiently and on schedule.
• Partner closely with content and creative teams to bring concepts to market across editorial, digital, email, and video channels.
• Manage production within an in-house studio environment and engage external production partners when specialized support is needed.
• Oversee content publishing and handoff across enterprise platforms, including web, employee communications, and marketing automation tools.
• Resolve production escalations, dependencies, and delivery risks that require senior-level judgment.
• Coordinate required legal, compliance, and substantiation reviews for external-facing content and assets.
• Ensure final deliverables are accurate, approved, complete, and ready for publication or stakeholder handoff.
• Communicate production capacity, project status, risks, and mitigation plans to operational leadership.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements that reduce handoffs, strengthen quality control, and improve delivery speed.

As the Senior Integrated Producer, Editorial, you will lead editorial production across newsletters, email, web, and video while managing a team of Integrated Producers. This player-coach role combines hands-on ownership of high-visibility projects with leadership responsibility for team performance, workflow quality, and delivery consistency.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities, and complex timelines.
• Working knowledge of creative workflows spanning writing, editing, design, digital production, and video.
• Experience with enterprise content management, employee communications, or marketing automation platforms is preferred.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
