Job summary

Two Harbors Investment Corp. seeks a Contact Center Technology & Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership for design, development, integration, and ongoing support of technologies enabling contact center operations and customer experience.

The role collaborates with Product Management and cross-functional partners to translate business challenges into scalable solutions across Five9, IVR/IVA, CRM, SFMC, outbound dialing, and integrations with other enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years in technology, application development, systems integration, or solution architecture.
3+ years leading technical teams, engineering initiatives, or complex projects.
Strong understanding of contact center technology and operations.
Experience designing and implementing multi-application solutions.
APIs, web services, data integration, and application architecture.
Hands-on background with design reviews and guiding developers.
Experience supporting production critical applications and systems.
Strong communication with business and operations stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for design, development, integration, and support of contact center technologies.
Translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions across multiple platforms.
Lead a technology team; guide engineering choices; ensure reliable, secure, and maintainable systems.
