We are inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Virtual Endpoint Engineer

In this role, you will work as a Virtual Endpoint Engineer supporting IT Infrastructure for both on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

1. Cloud Management: Oversee and manage cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
2. Deployment and Configuration: Deploy, configure, and maintain VE services and applications.
3. Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor VE infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, and security.
4. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to cloud systems.
5. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of cloud configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
6. Optimization: Optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications we seek in you:

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business information systems (IS), computer science, or a related field, or equivalent IT experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• Familiarity with Azure Cloud.
• Knowledge of Omnissa Horizon infrastructure, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Windows 365.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting VE environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
