Job summary

Tamna, a leading consulting firm, seeks a senior IT/telecom specialist to design and implement OSS/BSS architectures and order management processes. The role requires defining system requirements, coordinating with business units, and delivering solution designs for wireless, wireline, and cable services.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in telecom IT, strong understanding of industry standards such as eTOM, SID and ITIL, and is willing to travel for client engagements as part of a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience can substitute for education.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Strong background in OSS/BSS architecture, order and service management for telecom services.
• Experience with telecom standards and best practices (eTOM/ SID/ ITIL/ IEEE).
• Experience in order and sales management processes; ability to define processes and system requirements.
• Analytical and communication skills; travel readiness for a management consulting environment.

Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

• At least 7 years of experience in in the areas of OSS/ BSS architecture , design and implementation for Order & service management, Provision & Activation for Wireless, Wire line and Cable services
• At least 7 years of experience in Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices in Telecom area like Frameworx (eTOM, TNA, SID), ITIL, IEEE, etc.
• At least 7 years of experience in Order and Sales management processes. Should have experience in defining the process, System requirements, and dealing with business houses and LOBs
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience in Telecom Domain.
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
