What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive technical excellence across all stages of software application and maintenance support
• Analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis, and design solutions for enhancements
• Foster a culture of learning and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including business users and developers
• Support license management by overseeing allocation, distribution, and renewal of licenses while ensuring compliance
• Implement strategies for license optimization to reduce costs

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology
• Strong working experience in various modules of Oracle Agile PLM such as Product Collaboration and Quality Management
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse environment and manage incidents effectively
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts to support varying project needs

• Experience in managing enterprise-wide Oracle Agile PLM application deployments in a global delivery environment
