Responsibilities
  • Act as subject matter expert on system design and architecture.
  • Solutioning and designing new functionality.
  • Provide innovative ways of problem solving and implementing system improvements.
  • Look for out-of-the-box solutions to new requirements or to deprecate prior customizations.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for technical deliverables, knowing the project status, risks, and issues, and coordinating updates with leadership.
  • Oversee application development ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Occasionally perform hands-on application development to resolve issues and lead by example.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve risks with stakeholders and team members.
  • Escalate and track dependencies and impediments to prevent impact on project timelines and costs.
  • Lead a geographically dispersed team of internal and external professionals.
  • Mentor and coach team members on best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with IT regulations (WICO, HIPAA, GXP, 21 CFR Part 11, Records Management, SOX, SDLC, CSV).
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years supporting Supply Chain/Manufacturing Systems.
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing, preferably medical devices.
  • Hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter/Camstar.
  • Application development and support experience.
  • Proven project management and delivery skills.
  • Experience with GxP systems, CSV, and FDA-regulated systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with interface design and development (e.g., Rest API) preferred.
  • Autonomous leadership capability.
  • Vendor management experience preferred.

Compensation: $90,000 to $160,000 plus discretionary annual incentive. Applications accepted until 07/04/2025.
