The Lead, Innovation Enablement Consultant leads the planning and execution of innovation engagements that advance the Technology Innovation Office's AI and Automation roadmap. This role partners with leaders across the enterprise to identify, evaluate, and recommend innovation opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes.
The Lead Consultant plays a critical role in translating business goals into structured initiatives, driving stakeholder alignment, and enabling successful adoption of innovation solutions. This role also mentors junior team members and contributes to the development of Innovation Enablement capabilities.

$114,600.00 - $171,900.00
