Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Healthcare Performance Improvement consultant to support assessments and improvement initiatives across hospitals, clinics, and health centers. You will analyze operational and financial data, develop client deliverables, and coordinate engagement activities with multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven recommendations, collaboration across service lines, and creating impactful dashboards to guide decision-making in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support operational assessments and performance improvement initiatives for hospitals, clinics, and community health centers.
• Analyze and interpret operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop reports, presentations, proposals, and other client deliverables to communicate findings and support engagement objectives.
• Coordinate project workplans, facilitate client communications, and support overall engagement management activities.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple healthcare consulting service lines to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Create meaningful data visualizations and dashboards to help clients make informed business decisions.

What You Will Do

• Support operational assessments and performance improvement initiatives for hospitals, clinics, and community health centers including:
  • Provider productivity analysis
  • Compensation analysis
  • Provider compensation plan design
  • Service line analysis
  • Staff productivity analysis
  • System throughput optimization
  • Expense analysis
  • Organizational structure optimization
• Analyze and interpret operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop reports, presentations, proposals, and other client deliverables to communicate findings and support engagement objectives.
• Coordinate project workplans, facilitate client communications, and support overall engagement management activities.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple healthcare consulting service lines to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Create meaningful data visualizations and dashboards that help clients make informed business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of relevant healthcare experience in areas such as healthcare operations, physician compensation, performance improvement, or other related functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Prior healthcare consulting experience, including supporting operational improvement, physician compensation, provider alignment, workforce planning, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with physician groups, health systems, academic medical centers, or other healthcare provider organizations.
